Describe how you went about making the user flow.
When making the user flow, I first looked at my user journey map and figured out what was essential to make the process as stress-free as possible. Sometimes planning for the future is a daunting task, so I added information that would help ease a user's mind, such as class information and a "Where are they now?" section for students who have benefited from the program. After users sign up, I made sure to add resources, such as tutors and scholarships, to help students succeed in their career paths.
The community is a very important aspect of the brand, so I made sure to include a forum where users can comment and reply to each other's posts.
Describe anything new or interesting that you learned in this process.
I learned how to use draw.io to create a user flow. At first, I was a little stuck because I wasn't sure where to start. There needed to be a homepage for information, but then where do users go once they are enrolled? I looked at some examples for inspiration and figured out a solution. Once I solidify the brand look, I will apply it to the user flow.
